Ltd (Head office: Singapore; CEO: Mr Chanapol Tantakosol; hereinafter “MUU”), an innovative startup leveraging precision fermentation technology to produce bio-identical milk proteins, offering a groundbreaking solution to revolutionize the dairy industry by eliminating the need for cows through Leave a Nest Capital Co., Ltd.

MUU, with their vision of “Revolutionizing dairy through innovative biotech for a sustainable future”, reflects its dedication to addressing critical issues tied to traditional dairy production, including health risks, environmental challenges, animal welfare concerns, and food security. By harnessing the potential of precision fermentation, MUU has developed a cutting-edge process to create bio-identical milk proteins that are similar to cow’s milk proteins. Furthermore, in June 2023, MUU attracted investment from 144 Ventures (formerly Glocalink Singapore). Throughout their journey, MUU has also been successful in securing investments from other investors and establishing partnerships that align with their mission. 

Leave a Nest Group has decided to invest in MUU due to their shared commitment to create healthier, more sustainable, and compassionate dairy alternatives. MUU’s bio-identical milk proteins are free from hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol, and lactose, while significantly reducing environmental impact by over 90% compared to conventional dairy. Additionally, MUU’s products offer a taste and nutritional profile closer to traditional cow’s milk than plant-based options, making them a promising alternative for consumers and industry stakeholders alike.

With this funding, it enables MUU to pilot-scale research and development, strengthen its intellectual property and regulatory frameworks, and accelerate commercialization readiness.
